Our story
Hi, I'm Andy Chambers. I run Chambers Property Maintenance, covering Rutland, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire — fencing and gates, exterior repairs, decking, driveways and the long list of jobs every property collects. Most of my work comes from recommendations. I turn up when I say I will, keep you posted from first message to finished job, and leave everything tidy. You deal with me directly from quote to completion — no call centres, no subcontractors. As well as looking after homeowners, I work with landlords, letting agents and local businesses that need a reliable pair of hands for planned upkeep and reactive repairs. I'm DBS checked and carry £5m public liability insurance, so you're covered whether it's a garden gate or a commercial unit.
